On-Ice Training - Daily Ice Time
Each student receives 3 hours of ice time daily beginning on Monday morning with demanding combination drills and station training. The 3 hours daily are divided into sessions on skating, puck handling, checking (when applicable), team play development, and a daily controlled instructional scrimmage. The use of station training and flow drills allow for a low student to teacher ratio and keeps participation and movement at a maximum. |

Controlled Scrimmage
Each afternoon the players will participate in a controlled scrimmage with the coaches reinforcing the teaching of the day.
